What is the design of energy efficiency measures and what is it for?
The design of energy efficiency measures is the technical, economic and financial definition of the efficiency measures identified by the energy audits.

It is an indispensable activity for the correct economic-financial budgeting and for the accurate technical execution of the interventions as well as for the verification of their legislative compliance. 

The planning of the energy retrofitting interventions allows to obtain the executive project and the related documents. From a logical and chronological point of view, it represents the next step to the Energy Audit.

In order to obtain reliable and optimal results, there are some strategic points that should be remembered when planning energy retrofitting interventions:

The development of the plant design is based on the optimization of the characteristics of the envelope to ensure the required levels of comfort and quality of the indoor environment, with the use of renewable energy sources most suitable to provide electricity and heat to minimize the environmental impact of the intervention and continue the essential combination of innovation and sustainability.
