On 6 March 2026, Certimac will take part in the event “Da energivori a zero energy building: efficienza e decarbonizzazione passano dal patrimonio esistente. Modelli ed esempi da cui partire”, hosted in Sala Tiglio (Hall A6) at Rimini Fiera as part of KEY – The Energy Transition Expo. The event is organised by Prospecta Formazione – Gruppo Infoweb (Infobuild / Infobuild Energia).
KEY Energy is the leading European exhibition dedicated to the energy transition, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, digitalisation and technological innovation. The deep renovation of the existing building stock is widely recognised as one of the main strategic levers for achieving the European decarbonisation targets. In this context, the event aims to foster discussion around concrete approaches, replicable models and operational tools capable of supporting the transition of the built environment towards low- and zero-emission standards.
Programme
The session will open with Cecilia Hugony, CEO of Teicos and Vice President of Assimpredil ANCE with responsibility for Technology and Innovation. Her contribution will focus on the enabling conditions required to effectively address the energy transformation of the construction sector.
Chiara Vernizzi, Councillor for Urban Regeneration at the Comune di Parma, will present the new urban planning instrument adopted by the Municipality to systematically integrate energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives into territorial planning policies.
Anna Maria Atzeri, representing Agenzia per l'Energia Alto Adige – CasaClima, will outline technologies and strategic approaches for the development of sustainable and high-performance buildings. Lavinia Chiara Tagliabue, Professor at the Università di Torino and Delegate for the Digitalisation of the Built Environment, will examine how digital asset management and data-driven processes can contribute to improving the energy performance of real estate portfolios.
At 12:50, Giulia De Aloysio, engineer, Senior Researcher and Project Manager at Certimac, will deliver the presentation “From the EPBD Directive to Action: A Roadmap for Zero-Emission Buildings”.
Her intervention will focus on the Building Renovation Passport, developed within the OneClickRENO project, as a practical instrument supporting the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). The Passport enables the structured planning of renovation measures through a progressive, performance-oriented pathway designed to ensure coherence and long-term consistency of interventions. It provides concrete operational support to building owners, technical professionals and public authorities in aligning renovation strategies with European emission reduction objectives.
The session will conclude with a dedicated Q&A segment, allowing participants to engage directly with the speakers.
