What the regulatory framework requires

A clear guide in the regulatory landscape of fiber-reinforced materials
Fiber-reinforced composite materials (FRP, FRC, CRM, FRCM, composite bars and stirrups) represent innovation in the construction sector. However, their commercialization is subject to specific and complementary regulatory pathways:
For the European market: in the absence of harmonized standards, the pathway of excellence involves voluntary CE Marking, obtainable through a European Technical Assessment (ETA).For the Italian market: there is a mandatory qualification requirement for every product intended for structural use. The Italian Construction Technical Standards (NTC 2018) impose a binding alternative: obtain CE Marking (through ETA - European Technical Assessment) or the Technical Evaluation Certificate (CVT) from the Superior Council of Public Works.

+ Documentation preparation
We assist you in drafting all the technical documentation required for CE Marking.
> Support for the Italian pathway: CVT
+ Consulting and Project Management for CVT
We are your technical partner for the entire process and coordinate all activities required by the Central Technical Service.

+ Data Analysis and CVT Dossier Preparation
We analyze laboratory test results and, thanks to our knowledge of Italian NTC, we draft or support the drafting of the complete technical documentation to be submitted to the Central Technical Service for the CVT application.
