What is it the energy audit report and what the legislation requires
The energy audit report is the detailed technical document that is issued following the performance of the energy audit by our certified Energy Management Experts and energy auditors.

As is known, the Mandatory Energy Audit is required by the most recent and rigorous European and national regulations to different types of subjects:
  • large companies and energy-intensive companies (Legislative Decree 102/2014 implementing the European Directive 2021/27 / EU on efficiency energy), to be carried out every 4 years and to be delivered to ENEA. Sanctions are envisaged for non-compliant
  • public buildings with a useful surface equal to or greater than 2500 square meters (CAM decree);
  • public buildings or buildings for public use (Legislative Decree 115/2008);
  • in particular cases for access to incentives such as the Thermal Account or subsidized funds such as the National Fund for Energy Efficiency or funds available thanks to regional POR-FESR.
  • In the first two cases, the energy audit must be drawn up by ESCo or certified Energy Management Expert in accordance with current legislation.
